NIR quality control for every material
Food, pharma, agri, plastics or chemicals: if a material has a near-infrared fingerprint, metaspeQ can check it. Scan it as it is, with no chemicals and no sample prep, and get results in under a minute, with a reason to trust every one.
Meet the analyser
Place the sample, press acquire, and METASPEQ Studio does the rest: dark and reference checks, prediction with the right model, a domain check and an audit record.
The problem
Every raw-material batch goes through the same slow chain. None of its steps makes the product better.
How it works
Guided dark, reference and sample scans, with 1 to 64 replicates per sample.
A small service beside the analyser. It only calls out, so no port is opened on the instrument PC.
The server validates the spectrum, predicts with the model's own preprocessing and checks the calibration range.
The original spectrum and every action are stored in a hash-chained record an auditor can verify.
Results arrive live in the browser, and drift monitors watch every one.
QC from anywhere
The operator scans at the bench. METASPEQ Studio checks the result, records it and sends it to QA. QA reviews and signs from any browser, at home, on the road or in the air.
1. Scan at the bench. Results in under a minute.
2. Checked and recorded. Every step on the audit trail.
3. Signed from home. Close out the evening batch from the kitchen table.
Signing always asks for a fresh Microsoft sign-in, wherever you are, and follows your own release SOPs. The analyser, the sample and the operator stay at the plant.
METASPEQ Studio
A spectrometer gives a number in seconds. The hard part on a production floor is trusting that number and proving who relied on it.
Corrupt, incomplete or out-of-range spectra are rejected before prediction, and kept as evidence.
A sample outside the model's calibration range is marked OUT OF DOMAIN. It gets no number, not a guess.
Each model carries its own preprocessing and is checksummed and signed, so there's no setting to get wrong.
Covers model promotion, batch release and process interventions. Studio supports your validation (IQ/OQ/PQ); validation, SOPs and training stay with your quality team.

Paid pilots
A pilot runs on one material you test often, with your lab method as the referee.
A raw material, a blend or a finished product.
Using your own samples and your lab's reference values.
Your current method stays the referee.
We quote hold-out error, measured on samples the model never saw.
